Yasmin Ahammad
Co-Managing Director
Yasmin has 15 years’ experience in international development and social justice, and has been a long-time climate activist. Her work includes supporting indigenous migrants and refugees from Myanmar, as well as grassroots communities on the frontline of climate change across Asia.

Will Dawson
Co-Managing Director
Will is a scientist who has pioneered system change approaches to the climate crisis. In his previous role leading the Climate Lab at Forum for the Future, he advised some of Europe’s largest grant-makers to launch their climate programmes

Rosine Uwineza
Philanthropy Advisory Director
Rosine is passionate about confronting injustice. Prior to Impatience Earth, she focused on systems-change grant-making across a range of social justice causes in the UK and sub-Saharan Africa. She wants to see individuals and communities centred at the heart of social justice and transformation.

James Hibberd
Research Officer
James is a specialist in biodiversity. He obtained a Masters in Animal and Plant Sciences from the University of Sheffield and has a passion for the natural world and an interest in protecting ecosystems from the worst effects of climate change. In his spare time, James volunteers with wildlife and natural history groups in and around the Peak District of England and is especially passionate about bird ringing.

Heather Salmon
Wellbeing Director
Heather has worked in a range of for-profit and not-for-profit roles, specialising in delivering people-centred transformational change across a wide and diverse stakeholder group. A passionate Changemaker, she is committed to using her coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills in empowering Changemakers to centre ‘wellness’ as the ‘critical operating model’ for a planet that works for nature and for people.

Aditi Shah
Philanthropy Advisory Director
Aditi has previously worked with food-system incubators programmes & start-up social enterprises. She’s passionate about how climate philanthropy can help create sustainable food systems and bring about social justice.

Sarah Farrell
Philanthropy Advisory Manager
Sarah has worked with both UK and international organisations that deliver social and environmental impact, powered by philanthropy. Prior to Impatience Earth, Sarah worked in climate finance. She wants to see more power shifted to those most impacted by the impact of climate change.
